Despite the fact that the appearance of the next generation of Legacy is not as bold as one might assume when looking at the concept car preceding the production version, the car should still please fans of the brand in general and this model in particular. If only because the Japanese have prepared many new products in terms of technology.

First, the Legacy’s body is stronger thanks to the use of ultra-high-strength steel in some areas. Secondly, engineers revised the suspension and steering settings, and also seriously upgraded the braking system. Thirdly, the Legacy received new shock absorbers and a redesigned rear subframe, which improved handling and reduced noise and vibration levels. The Japanese also used a more powerful and more accurate electric power steering and equipped the car with an electronic parking brake.

And, of course, Subaru Legacy cannot escape its proprietary symmetrical all-wheel drive system. Other features include the Active Torque Vectoring system (simulating traction vector control by braking the inside front wheel during a turn, helping to make cornering more neutral), the EyeSight stereoscopic vision system, two-section side airbags, a 576-watt Harman/Kardon audio system with 12 speakers and a multimedia system with a 7-inch touch screen.
