The engine is combined with one of two 6-speed gearboxes – manual or automatic, which has almost no effect on fuel consumption. In the combined cycle, in both cases it is equal to 6.9 liters per 100 km. But there is a difference in the dynamics of acceleration: with a manual transmission, the coupe reaches the first 100 km\h in 7.6 seconds, while with an automatic transmission it takes 8.2 seconds for the same procedure. The maximum speed of the Subaru BRZ is 230 km/h.

Subaru BRZ is a rear-wheel drive coupe of the “G1” class. The model was developed in collaboration with Toyota. For the first time, a restyled version of the model was presented in Japan in the fall of 2016.

The BRZ exterior design modernization package included a modified front bumper architecture, the lighting technology was improved, it became fully LED, daytime running lights moved to the headlight units, and the shape of the rear spoiler, installed by default by the manufacturer, changed.
