Subaru Impreza WRX STI has been significantly modernized under the leadership of the legendary rally driver Tommi Mäkinen. And now it has become clear why it is considered the fastest Impreza WRX STi today. The car showed the best time on the Nürburgring Nordschleife (7’55”00) in the entire history of testing the Subaru Impreza WRX STi on this track.

The Subaru Impreza WRX STi sedan has received a completely updated sporty front end design, including a new grille and bumper. As an option, there is a larger rear spoiler designed specifically for the four-door model.

Turbocharged 2.5-liter boxer engine of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI with 305 hp. remained unchanged, while in addition to the classic 6-speed manual transmission, for the first time in the history of the model, an automatic one also appeared.

The chassis of the Subaru Impreza WRX STi has also been significantly upgraded: the car has received a ground clearance reduced by 5 mm, new aluminum lower front suspension arms, stiffer anti-roll bars and rear subframe mounts.
